Instructions:

Ingredients:

· Fresh lemons

· Fresh limes

· Organic honey

· Coconut water (or purified water or lemon/lime soda)

· Ice cubes

Instructions:

· Pour pineapple juice into a large juice dispenser.

· Squeeze the lemons and limes and pour into the container.

· Add coconut water.

· Take two spoonfuls of honey. Add it to the punch.

· Stir well to combine.

· Fill the container with several cubs of ice.

· Garnish it with a piece of pineapple and serve.

3. Green Vitamin Juice

Ingredients:

· Cucumber, chopped

· 1 big celery stick, chopped

· A handful of spinach

· 150ml chilled apple juice

· Lime juice

· chilled coconut water (optional)

Instructions:

· Put the vegetables in a bowl with the apple and lime juices.

· Bleed vegetables in a blender.

· Blend until it gets smooth.

· Serve as it is or add coconut water for the consistency you like.

4. Carrot, orange & pineapple juice

Ingredients:

· 2 oranges, peeled

· 1 carrot, peeled

· ½ small pineapple

· 1cm piece peeled ginger

Instructions:

· Cut the carrot and pineapple into small chunks and put them in the blender.

· Add oranges and ginger.

· Blend until it gets smooth and serve it.

5. Pomegranate juice

Ingredients:

· 1 l pomegranate juice

· 1 small rosemary

· 1 cinnamon stick

· ½ tsp coriander seeds

Instructions:

· Pour the pomegranate juice into a saucepan.

· Add the rosemary, cinnamon stick, and coriander seeds.

· Bring to a boil then pour into a jug.
