1. Frozen Black & White Squares:
This delicate dessert is the specialty of the summer season, and it sits proudly in every frozen food display aware no one will ever complete it. You will only need four ingredients to satisfy your craving. For this, you need whipped topping, hot fudge topping, chocolate sandwich cookies, and vanilla ice cream.
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, pour half of the whipped topping and hot fudge. Mix it well.
2. Take a baking dish and layer half of the ice cream sandwiches.
3. Cover with half whipped mixture. Pour half of ice cream sandwiches to make the next layer. Now, pour whipped topping mixture. Sprinkle with cookies and freeze.
2. Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies:
For this you need peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and one egg.
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients for the peanut butter filling in a bowl.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
3. Place the balls into the freezer.
4. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
5. Preheat oven to 350F. Scoop around 1.5 tbsp cookie dough and flatten it. Take the frozen ball and wrap the cookie around it. Bake cookies for ten mints and serve.
3. Mango Cheesecake:
For this, you need biscuits, butter, curd, powdered sugar, mangoes, and lime juice.
Instructions:
1. Crush all biscuits and stir in butter. Now, put them in the base of a glass and set aside in the fridge.
2. In a bowl, whisk curd and powdered sugar.
3. Put cheesecake filling in the glass over the biscuit base and freeze.
4. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, lime juice, and chopped mangoes.
5. After mixing, put the mango layer on top of the cheesecake layer. Freeze and serve.
4. Coconut Princess Pancakes:
For this you need flour, pancakes, Vanilla pudding, milk, egg, oil, cheese, and coconut cream
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients for cake. Now, fry pancakes in a hot pan.
2. Take a blender and blend cheese, coconut cream, and oil.
3. Pour white chocolate, and coconut cream. Sprinkle with chips and serve.
5. Mug Cake:
You need almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and one egg.
Instructions:
- In a large mug, mix almond flour, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and one egg.
- Now, microwave for 60 to 90 seconds until the top of the cake becomes dry, and you are ready to serve.
